Core competencies

A level start line

The PTO Score reads race results and Strava training over a rolling six-month window. Everyone is graded against their own baseline, not the fastest person in the company.

Built for companies

An Employee Vitality Score tracks participation, consistency and progression, so HR and leadership can see a season's impact instead of guessing at it.

Real races, real crowds

PTO doesn't invent events. Teams line up at public races already on the local calendar, in their company colours, and their results roll into the league table.

What people say

I built PTO to turn individual participation into a shared season. A league table and a fair score are what turns movement into something colleagues actually talk about on Monday.
